Wendy Lawson is the principal founder and owner of Lawson & Associates. She has 15 years of dedicated experience working as both consultant and career/employment specialist. Wendy’s expertise in career management consulting, career counselling, coaching and workshop training produces pro-active solutions and observable, calculable client results. She holds the Certified Career Development Practitioner and Implicit Career Search Trainer designations. As a seasoned facilitator, she engages groups both large and small with interactive learning and a focus on progression.
Wendy Lawson and associate Shauna Jones together designed a highly successful in-house, multi-tiered career management pilot project for one of their clients, Quebecor World. Wendy shares her expertise with professional associations and committees, including the BCCDA’s Career Development Conference 2010 and previously with the BC Association of Facilitators.
Wendy has taught courses at the Art Institute of Vancouver covering a variety of topics including business communications, resume and cover letter development, and job search. She also leads workshops in Self Esteem and Career Transitions, Goal Setting, and Maintaining Motivation at various organizations and institutions.

With a Masters of Arts in Leadership and Training (Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC) and almost two decades of experience in Business and Personal Consulting, Career Management, and Facilitation and Training, Shauna generates substantial and measurable results in an atmosphere of warmth and safety. Implementing a personalized and practical approach to moving people from where they are to where they want to be, she has influenced a wide client base. Shauna also teaches Business Communications at Simon Fraser University. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the British Columbia Centre for Quality – an organization where quality practitioners explore the principles and applications of organizational excellence.

Hazel Morley has been a Trainer & Facilitator for over 20 years and a Coach for the last 11. Until February 2009, she worked across the UK and Europe delivering a variety of workshops, always with the aim of accelerating growth and making learning stick so that organizations were assured of a return on investment.
Hazel’s area of expertise is leadership – self-leadership and managing others to help organizations avoid the inertia and costly mistakes that can occur when people are “dis-engaged”, “mis-managed” and lack a sense of purpose.
Coaching assignments have been diverse from helping others in career ‘crisis’ to enabling senior managers in business communicate more persuasively and lead more effectively, to facilitating personal transitions. Carol J. Sutton conducts facilitation, organizational planning, team building, training and coaching activities - with a particular focus on workplace conflict management – all designed to improve clients’ business results. She is a professional in the field of conflict resolution and holds two certificates from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. She is currently working on a third.
